These terms apply to DrKeys.sa. Contact support@drkeys.sa for account, product or order questions. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy explain the related practices and are available in the footer.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. PayPal charges USD or EUR directly. For SAR orders, checkout shows the original SAR amount and its equivalent USD charge using the saved order exchange rate. Review the final charge before approving payment. Wallet deposits and wallet spending are unavailable.
Accounts and lawful use
Provide accurate registration information and use an email address you control. Email verification is required for protected account access. You must have the legal capacity or necessary permission to use the service and comply with the relevant product platform requirements.
Keep your password, verification codes and protected order links private. Do not share, sell or misuse accounts; bypass region restrictions or security controls; use stolen payment details; exploit rewards; or interfere with the website. Accounts may be restricted for misuse or security reasons. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Digital products and activation
Check the product title, edition, platform, activation region, instructions and stated requirements before buying. A digital key provides the specified activation entitlement; it does not transfer ownership of a publisher’s software or intellectual property. Publisher and platform licence terms also apply.
After verified payment and successful fulfillment, keys will be accessible through the protected order view. Payment approval, a pending payment or a browser message alone does not guarantee fulfillment. Keep each delivered key private. Review the Refund Policy before revealing it.
Prices, currency and payment
Catalog prices use a USD base and supported currency conversions. The confirmed checkout total and currency, including any applicable taxes or disclosed charges, must be shown before payment. An estimate or exchange-rate preview is not a completed payment.
Use only checkout methods offered by the store. Payment providers apply their own terms and may apply currency conversion charges. A payment-provider transaction ID is separate from the DrKeys order ID. We may pause or reject an unfulfilled order where payment verification, inventory or security checks fail; rights to recover an eligible payment remain preserved.
Wallet, gift credit, coupons and cashback
Wallet balances are maintained separately by currency. Customer withdrawals, deposits and wallet purchases are not currently available. A promotional gift code grants the stated wallet credit, not an automatic cash payout. Any expiry or currency restriction must be shown when the offer is issued.
Coupon limits and eligible products are part of the offer. Cashback is awarded only under the applicable payment and fulfillment rules; promotional or cashback spending does not generate repeated cashback. Awarded expiry is counted from crediting under the recorded rule. Refunds can reverse related rewards. These terms do not remove any refund or other rights required by law.
Rights, problems and changes
Product images, names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Store content may not be copied or used to misrepresent affiliation. DrKeys does not promise that every third-party platform is continuously available.
Contact support about mistakes, failed delivery or activation problems. Saudi law and any other mandatory consumer protections that apply take priority over inconsistent wording in these terms. Changes are published with their date and apply prospectively, without removing rights attached to an existing order.
