Activation guide

Activate your Steam key

It takes less than a minute. Use the Steam website or the Steam app. Both add the game to your Steam library.

1. Get your key from DrKeys

Sign in and open Account › Order History & Keys.

Open your order and choose View Key.

Press Activate on Steam to open Steam with your key already filled in, or press Copy.

Fastest

Open the Steam activation page and sign in to your Steam account.

Paste your key in Product Code.

Tick I agree to the terms of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and press Continue.

Open Steam on your computer and sign in.

Choose Games › Activate a Product on Steam… from the top menu.

Press Next, agree to the agreement, paste your key and press Next again.

Check the activation region on the product page (GLOBAL, ROW, MIDDLE EAST). A key only works in its region.
Make sure you are signed in to the Steam account that should own the game. A key can be activated only once.
DLC needs the base game on the same Steam account.
Keep your key private and never share your Steam password with anyone, including support.

Invalid Product Code: Check that the whole key was copied with no extra spaces, then try again.
Duplicate Product Code: The key was already activated. If it was not you, open a support ticket with your order ID.
Region locked / not available in your region: The key is for a different region than your Steam account. Contact support with your order ID.
Too many activation attempts: Steam paused activation for your account. Wait about an hour and try again.
Requires ownership of another product: This is DLC. Add the base game to your Steam account first.

Send your order ID and a screenshot of the error. We replace faulty keys or refund eligible orders.
