The first-party drkeys_sa_session cookie supports sign-in, cart contents, language and currency preferences, your five most recent catalog searches, form security and protected order access. It is a session cookie; the server also enforces inactivity and maximum sign-in timeouts. Blocking it can prevent sign-in, cart and secure forms from working.
The drkeys_cookies cookie remembers that you have set your choices for up to one year. The drkeys_analytics preference, also kept for up to one year, remembers whether optional usage reporting is allowed; it is not an advertising identifier. If you use the Dark/Light switch, drkeys_theme remembers your chosen look for up to one year. Live cookies use Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite protections where configured.
Optional storefront usage reporting
Optional reporting is off unless you enable it. When allowed, signed-in page categories, click types, product references, cart quantities and timestamps are recorded on our server. No additional advertising cookie, Google Analytics or AdSense tracker is loaded by this feature.
Necessary account security records, including encrypted session IP and browser information, are separate from optional usage reports. Disabling optional reporting does not disable sign-in security or erase required order records. Routine usage and inactive session records are removed after 90 days.
External services
Currency rates are obtained by our server. Following a link to another website, using Google sign-in, or continuing to PayPal for payment can involve that provider’s own cookies and privacy terms. We do not claim to control another provider’s cookies.
Changing your choices
Use Cookie preferences below or the footer link at any time. Turning reporting off stops new optional events, but does not automatically delete previously recorded data. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; doing so may sign you out or clear your cart. See our Privacy Policy or email support@drkeys.sa for data requests.
